MEMBERSHIP TERMS
These Membership Terms govern the CarLogic Exotic Founding 100 prepaid service membership program. By purchasing a membership you agree to these terms.
1. Nature of the program
A CarLogic Exotic membership is a prepaid service program. It does not represent an ownership interest, investment, security or promise of financial return. Service credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
2. Labor credit
Labor credit applies to eligible labor charges only. Parts, fluids, taxes, shop supplies, towing and third-party services are excluded unless specifically stated in your membership level benefits.
3. Activation and expiration
Membership benefits become active when CarLogic Exotic officially opens. Bronze and Gold memberships expire 24 months after activation. Platinum memberships expire 30 months after activation. Unused credit remains available until expiration and is forfeited afterward.
4. Priority scheduling
Priority scheduling gives members priority access to available appointments. It does not guarantee an appointment on any specific date or time.
5. Transfers
Each membership may be transferred once to another person, subject to CarLogic approval and written confirmation.
6. Refunds
Membership purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
7. Eligible vehicles
Memberships apply to premium, performance and exotic vehicles serviced by CarLogic Exotic. CarLogic reserves the right to decline service on vehicles outside its capabilities.
8. Changes
CarLogic Exotic may update these terms to reflect operational or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated to active members by email.
